Opening an account

Who can open a trade account?

Garages, tuning workshops, mobile fitters, bodyshops and online retailers. We supply businesses that install or resell. We don't sell at trade prices to the public.

What do you need from me?

Your company name, trading address, and company registration or VAT number where applicable, plus a short description of what your business does. Apply through our Become a Stockist page.

How long does approval take?

We review applications as they come in and will confirm by email once your account is active.

Can I see trade prices before applying?

No. Prices shown publicly are RRP. Your trade price appears automatically across the site once your account is approved and you're signed in.

Pricing and orders

What does RRP mean on your product pages?

RRP is the recommended retail price — what we suggest you sell at, not what you pay. It's there so you can see your margin at a glance.

What's the minimum order?

Five units per product. Note this is per product, not across a mixed basket — five of the same item meets the minimum, five different items does not.

What discount do I get?

Discount off RRP increases with quantity, applied per product line:

5 to 9 units — 10% off RRP
10 to 24 units — 15% off RRP
25 units or more — 20% off RRP

Because it's applied per line, ordering 25 of one item earns the top tier on that item rather than needing 25 across the order.

Do you offer credit terms?

Not at the moment. Payment is due in full when you order. On larger orders we can raise an invoice for bank transfer if you'd prefer — email us before ordering.

Delivery

Where does the stock come from?

We hold it in the UK. Nothing is drop-shipped from overseas, so there's no long lead time and no customs surprises.

How quickly do orders ship?

Order before 2pm on a working day and it's dispatched the same day.

What does delivery cost?

It's charged at cost and calculated at checkout. We use a courier suited to the size of the consignment and everything is tracked.

Can a large order arrive in parts?

Occasionally, yes. We'll let you know if your order is being split.

Fitment

Will a part fit a specific car?

Email us the registration or chassis number and we'll confirm before you order. Worth doing on the infotainment retrofits especially, where the right module depends on the exact system fitted.

Do you supply fitting instructions?

No. Our products are supplied to trade installers, on the basis that fitting is your area of expertise, not something you need us to explain.

Do you offer installation?

No. We're a parts supplier only. We don't fit, and we don't compete with our customers for fitting work.

Warranty and returns

What's covered?

Twelve months from invoice date against manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover incorrect fitment, modification, misuse, accident damage or competition use.

How do I make a claim?

Email us with your invoice number, a description of the fault and a photo or video where relevant. On a valid claim we'll replace the item or issue a credit. Always contact us before sending anything back.

Do you cover labour?

No. The warranty covers the part itself, not labour, diagnostic time or consequential losses. Please satisfy yourself a part is correct and working before completing a job.

Can I return stock I no longer need?

Yes, within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging, subject to a 5% restocking fee. Return carriage on non-faulty returns is down to you.

Reselling

Can I sell your parts on eBay or Amazon?

Yes. We don't restrict which channels you sell through.

Are decat downpipes road legal?

No. Decats and similar components are sold for motorsport and off-road use only, and are generally not road legal in the UK. Fitting one to a road car can affect its MOT compliance and its insurance. As the installer or reseller, making that clear to your customer is your responsibility.
