These terms apply to all trade accounts with Modified Parts Supplier. They sit alongside our standard terms of service. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you order rather than after.
Trade accounts
Trade pricing is available to approved business accounts only: garages, tuning workshops, mobile fitters and retailers. Prices shown once signed in are for resale or trade fitment and are not available to the general public.
To open an account we need your company name, trading address, and company registration or VAT number where applicable, along with a brief description of your business. Apply through our Become a Stockist page.
Pricing and RRP
All prices displayed publicly on this site are RRP — the recommended retail price. They are the price we suggest you sell at, not the price you pay.
Once your trade account is approved and you are signed in, your trade price is shown automatically in place of RRP across the site.
Minimum order quantity
Minimum order is 5 units per product.
The minimum applies per product, not across a mixed basket. Ordering five different items does not meet the minimum; five of the same item does.
Volume pricing
Your discount off RRP increases with quantity, per product line:
- 5 to 9 units — 10% off RRP
- 10 to 24 units — 15% off RRP
- 25 units or more — 20% off RRP
Discounts apply per product line rather than to the order total, so ordering 25 of one item earns the top tier on that item.
Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. We do not currently offer credit terms.
Card payment is accepted at checkout. If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer on a larger order, email us before ordering and we will raise an invoice.
Delivery
We hold stock in the UK. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day.
We ship using a courier suited to the size of the consignment, and all orders are tracked. Delivery is charged at cost and calculated at checkout.
On larger orders, delivery may be split across more than one consignment. We will tell you if that applies to your order.
Stock
Stock levels shown on the site are live. If an item you need is unavailable, email us before ordering and we will confirm lead time.
Warranty
All products are supplied with a 12-month warranty from the date of invoice.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by incorrect fitment, modification, misuse, accident, or use in competition.
To make a claim, email us with your invoice number, the fault, and where relevant a photograph or video. On a valid claim we will replace the item or issue a credit. Contact us before returning anything so we can authorise the return.
Warranty covers the part only. We are not liable for labour costs, diagnostic time, or consequential losses arising from a faulty part. As the installer, you should satisfy yourself that a part is correct and functioning before completing a job.
Returns
Unwanted stock may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging, subject to a 5% restocking fee.
Contact us before returning anything so we can authorise it. Return carriage on non-faulty returns is the buyer's responsibility. Items returned used, incomplete or without original packaging may be refused.
Fitment responsibility
Fitment information is provided in good faith and we work hard to keep it accurate. As the installer or reseller, you are responsible for confirming that a part is correct for the specific vehicle before fitting. If you are unsure, email us with the vehicle registration or chassis number and we will help you confirm it.
Motorsport and off-road use
Decat downpipes and certain other components are supplied for motorsport and off-road use only. These parts are generally not road legal in the UK and fitting them to a road-going vehicle may render it non-compliant with MOT requirements and affect its insurance.
As a reseller or installer, you are responsible for making this clear to your own customers. We recommend confirming your standard disclaimer wording with your insurer or legal adviser.
Resale
You may resell our products through any channel, including third-party marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon. We do not impose channel restrictions or minimum advertised pricing.
